Brief CV
I graduated from Rome University “La Sapienza” Medical School in Italy (2005). I completed my medical residency and endocrinology fellowship training at the same University Medical School (2010) before serving one year of active duty in the Hellenic Army. From 2014 to 2019 I worked with Dr. Roberto Valcavi and I specialized in the field of Interventional Thyroidology. My special field of interest is thyroid and parathyroid diseases, diabetes and clinical andrology. I work at Centro Palmer (Reggio Emilia, Italy) where I perform thyroid FNA biopsies, percutaneous ethanol injections for the treatment of thyroid cysts and thyroid radiofrequency ablations (RFA) for the treatment of solid or mixed benign thyroid nodules both cold and hot.
